Yoga, meditation and mindfulness retreat

Are you looking for inner peace? Learn to always be present and your thoughts to get order during our retreat. A whole week in the beautiful nature on a tropical island to refresh, reset yourself and let go of everything. After this you will start all fresh and fruity again! A week of yoga, meditation and mindfulness and enough space to relax and unwind in the sun! During the retreat there is a lot of personal guidance. Lovely retreat from the outside world and back to yourself!

 

The retreat lasts a week and takes place in a beautiful, warm and tropical location. The surroundings have been carefully selected and the villa is fully equipped. Ideal conditions to be completely yourself!

During the retreat the focus will be on self-observation. The goal is to 'purify' the mind of all thoughts that play a role during the 'normal' busy life. By applying neuroplasticity and mindfulness you will learn to gain control over your mind. We also call this reprogramming of the mind. In this way old, often negative, patterns can be broken and make place for new positive patterns. During this process five qualities can be increased or strengthened: energy level, self-confidence, mindfulness, concentration and intuitive clarity. The overall goal is to feel comfortable in your own skin and to be happier.

  • Bring your body back into balance with various forms of yoga such as Yin, Hatha & Restoritive Yoga
  • Improve your breathing with different breathing techniques that will be explained.
  • Break old habits and patterns and develop a calm mind.
  • Learn to bring your body to a deep relaxation so that body and mind can recover with a Yoga nidra.

Programme

The program is a week long. During this week you will stay at a beautiful location. The next retreat is planned in February 2022 on Koh Samui, Thailand. See below an impression of the villa.
The retreat will take place from Saturday, February 26, 2022 to Saturday, March 5, 2022. The program starts on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 5 pm and ends on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10 am. The daily program includes:

  • Neuroplasticity (Rewire your Brain) workshops / reprogramming your mind
