Life is too short to worry and to be anything but happy. The moment you learn how your mind works, you can control your life. The purpose of life is to feel good in both your body and mind. "Change your mind and change your life."

My Story
My story begins as a former athlete who has been doing sports, mobility training and meditation since a young age. After a serious car accident, I could no longer move and my short-term memory was impaired.
For a year, I lived with excruciating throes of pain in my body. Doctors told me I would never recover.
But thanks to the science of functional anatomy, neuroplasticity and knowledge from the East, I have been able to get my life back on track.
I decided to stop working as an interim manager and immerse myself in various scientific studies on the human body, brain function, nutrition and lifestyle in the broadest sense.
This grew into a passion that I still cherish to this day and with which I want to inspire and help others
Words of Gil
“Live in the moment, not in your head. Take control of your life by understanding your brain. Feel good in body and mind as you effortlessly achieve your goals. "Change your mind and change your life"
"To grow and change, we need to leave our comfort zone, because the outcome lies on the other side of our discomfort."
